NOTE: For General Rental Application Requirements, click on the "Our Services" option above and go near the end of that page. Please drive by the property first, schedule an appointment to see it, and then submit one rental application for the property/ies you are interested in renting. Your application fee can be applied to one or more properties for up to 90 days.

Download our Owner Connect App for direct access to your accounting records on your portable device! On your device, search "Rentec Direct" in the app store.

Tenants- (1) Pay Rent by ACH or Debit/Credit Cards (FEES apply). We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, OR DISCOVER (2) Submit Maintenance Requests 

Download our Resident Connect App for direct access to view your account, pay rent, and submit maintenance requests  on your portable device! From your device, search "Rentec Direct" in the app store. Contact our office about setting up a portal for you. Through it you can set up online payment using EasyPay, a direct deposit service, and benefit from other portal features including "Resident Connect".

Owner/Tenant Libraries- Go to Menu at upper right and select "Contacts". Access important information such as dealing with utilities in an emergency, practical renter tips, the Contractor's Board website, and a listing of government agency and utility company contact information.
