Download our Resident Connect App for direct access to view your account, pay rent, and submit maintenance requests on your portable device! From your device, search "Rentec Direct" in the app store. Contact our office about setting up a portal for you. Through it you can set up online payment using EasyPay, a direct deposit service, and benefit from other portal features including "Resident Connect".
Owner/Tenant Libraries- At the end of our Contacts page (if using a smart phone, click the menu at the upper righthand corner of your screen and select "Contact") you can access important information about dealing with utilities in an emergency, practical renter tips, links to the City of Hemet Rental Property Registration, the Contractor's Board website, and a listing of government agency and utility company contact information.
