Meet Your Team 

Chris & Rachele

Chris & Rachele are Washington natives with strong roots in the local area.  Both of our families live in the PNW, along with two (2) of our three (3) daughters. We have one (1) grandchild who is just awesome.  You might find him from time to time helping out at a property.

Rachele is a graduate of Western Washington University, where she followed in her parents’ footsteps.  Since her graduation from WWU, she pursued a career at Boeing, making her a 3rd generation employee.  Rachele is also on the Board of Directors for the Imagine Children Museum in Everett, WA. Rachele holds a BA in Social Work and a Masters in Sustainable Business. 

Chris has always had strong roots in business, from ownership to being recognizes as a top individual contributor. Chris has been with Convergint, a global company for several years where he is a top Account Executive. Chris has a passion for training and helping others grow in their professional career. Chris retains a BA in business and a Master of Science in Business Leadership and Management. Chris is also on the Board of Directors for the Lake Stevens Food Bank.
