Customer service is important to us as it’s ensures the comfort and happiness of our tenants. AS much as you can pay for advertising or pushing out announcements on social media, the best referral we can obtain is one from a past tenant.
How do we try being different than others? We use an automated clearing house (ACH) for all payments If tenants want to enhance the property and it provides value to us, we collaborate on the costs and do a rent reduction to complete the upgrades We provide an on-line portal to put in your service request, or you can contact us directly. We are here for you We are not a big company, so we value the conditions of our homes, the comfort of our tenants and respect their privacy.
