Safe and secure living on Highway M-88, 1 mile south of the Village of Bellaire, adjacent to Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility.

Large apartments [485 sq. ft.] $697.00
Small apartments [425 sq. ft.] $595.00

Application Qualifications for Residency
To ensure a comfortable and secure living environment for all tenants, applicants for our Senior Living Apartments must meet the following minimum qualifications:

* Minimum Monthly Income: Applicants must demonstrate a verifiable monthly income of at least $1,200.00
* Credit Score Requirement: A minimum credit score of 650 is required.
* Bankruptcy History: Applicants must not have any bankruptcies. (Typically, this refers to no bankruptcies within the past 7-10 years, depending on
the type and discharge status.)
* Rental History: A positive rental history with no prior evictions or lease violations is preferred.
* Background Check: All applicants are subject to a criminal background check in accordance with applicable laws.
* Consideration will be given to Antrim County residents first.
