Meadow View Apartments are for seniors 55 and up, that are capable of independent living. Each apartment can accommodate one or two persons. 3 Story Apartment Complex overlooking the beautiful Village of Bellaire.  

Application Qualifications for Residency
To ensure a comfortable and secure living environment for all tenants, applicants for our Senior Living Apartments must meet the following minimum qualifications:

* Minimum Monthly Income: Applicants must demonstrate a verifiable monthly income of at least $1,200.00
* Credit Score Requirement: A minimum credit score of 650 is required.
* Bankruptcy History: Applicants must not have any bankruptcies. (Typically, this refers to no bankruptcies within the past 7-10 years, depending on
  the type and discharge status.)
* Rental History: A positive rental history with no prior evictions or lease violations is preferred.
* Background Check: All applicants are subject to a criminal background check in accordance with applicable laws.
* Consideration will be given to Antrim County residents first.
