This home is only a few blocks away from Monroe school and the city park. It has a large livingroom area and a nice sized kitchen, to go with a single car garage (that has a tool shed at the back of the garage).

Minimum Requirements to have your application approved:
1. No Evictions in your past ten years
2. Minimum work history of 1 year.
3. Minimum household income of $3250/month
4. A positive landlord reference
5. No felony history and no domestic disturbance violations in criminal history.

Move-in fee of $750 and 1 months rent up front, we will hold for $200 a week to be applied to move in fee. Example, you want to move-in in 3 week. Pay 200 down and $200 a week for the next 2 weeks. Then at move-in pay one months rent and the remaining balance of the move-in fee.

Pets welcomed $200 pet fee at move in and $25/m for fist pet $10/m for each additional.
