Move-in fee of $450 and 1 months rent, we will hold for $100 a week to be applied to move in fee. Example, you want to move-in in 3 week. Pay $100 down and $100 a week for the next 2 weeks. Then at move-in pay one months rent and the remaining $100 of the move-in fee.

Pets welcomed $200 pet fee at move in and $25/m for first pet $10/m for each additional.

-Earnest deposit required for more than 2 week hold, $100 per week to be applied to payment on move in
-First month's rent and move in fee of $400 due before move in.
-Renters insurance is required within 30 days of move in or $25 monthly fee
-Fines for pets that are constantly barking in this building. But we will accept some pets.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING inside, fees or termination may apply
