How much is move in cost?

Move in cost is first month's rent and $400 move in fee plus $200 pet deposit if applicable. We will hold an apartment with a signed lease and a $100 earnest deposit per week towards that full amount, for a more than 2 week hold (ie $400 if held for 4 weeks). If you need to move in before you have the full amount, we can do that if you qualify and have at least half the full amount down. Any promotions for cheaper first month's rent,will be voided, the full amount needs to be paid out within 2 months on a payment plan approved by our property management team prior to move in.

Can I do a physical walk thru?

Yes, when u figure out that you want to put some money down to hold an apartment and hold an apartment with a signed lease with a move in date. Before we take any money, and sign a lease that day, we meet with you at the apartment so you can do a physical walk through.
