I am very easy-going and I'm looking for roommates who want to engage in living in this home ( not just come home and hardly venture from their room). This is not a bedsit situation . Involvement in a shared living environment is key. Upkeep of the home will be a shared responsibility and communication is a must. I am an avid gardener so appreciating that is key too. Rent includes water, trash, and cox internet. Electric will be split between how many are in the house. $775 per month plus electric.
