I use the basement for my music room, so expect some live guitar. I am very easy-going and I'm looking for roommates who want to engage in living in this home ( not just come home and hardly venture from their room). This is not a bedsit situation . Involvement in a shared living environment is key. Upkeep of the home will be a shared responsibility and communication is a must. I am an avid gardener so appreciating that is key too.
