Income Needed - You must show minimum income 3x the rent (e.g. Rent is $1000/month, you must show $3,000)
Credit: - You need to complete a credit and background check. We prefer tenants have a Minimum Credit Score +/- 600, and NO EVICTIONS. If your credit score is below 580, then we need to discuss your circumstances. You may need a cosigner. If you are currently in a bankruptcy, or have a history of evictions, we will not consider you as a tenant at this time.

Option #1 (FEE) Apply directly online with Zillow.com to provide a credit report and background check which costs approximately $30. All applicants over 18 will need to complete their individual portion of the application. This is a hard pull and will show up on your credit.
Option #2 (FEE) - Apply on www.gometrohomes.com to provide a credit report and background check which costs $35. This is a hard pull and will show up on your credit.
Option #3 (FREE) - You can come into our office and print out a copy of your own credit reports for free at www.creditkarma.com. This is NOT a hard pull; it will not show up on your credit and is FREE
Keys - You must complete the application process in full, pay all fees in full and transfer all required utilities into your name. You will need to provide a confirmation number to us before you receive keys to the property.
Possession - You must take possession of the property within 10 days of signing the lease.
