And when it comes to finding the quality tenants for your rentals, we go the extra mile to maximize rental income and minimize lost rents by locating and screening to find the best residents available for your rentals. We are professional property managers and are experts in leasing, managing and maintaining your single family home, duplex, condominium, apartment building, or commercial space. Referral Fee to Agents When a real estate agent refers a landlord to Metropolitan Real Estate and the landlord onboards a property with our companny, we will pay you a referral fee equal to one month's management fee for each referral. And should the landlord decide to sell the property, you are protected as we will refer the landlord back to you so you can list the property for sale.
