SFASU students--we will give you a rental credit for your commuter parking pass if you use the commuter lot across the side street instead of the Campus Colony parking lot (if you have a roommate we can give a credit for two SFASU commuter parking passes with proof of payment). Cats and dogs allowed, but subject to landlord approval. Pet rent of $35/month and $175 non-refundable fee per pet required.
