If you're not applying for a specific unit already advertised or the unit you will be living in is under construction, this application is for you. Right across the street from SFASU and close to entertainment, food, and shopping, these apartments are conveniently located. Bedrooms feature large walk-in closets, beamed ceilings, ceiling fans and a balcony. New appliances and flooring are among the upgrades. Unit includes dishwasher, stove, fridge, and washer and dryer. Full bathroom upstairs and half bath downstairs off of kitchen. Kitchen has ample cabinet and counter space plus new countertops. Utilities included in rent are garbage and natural gas (the heating at the apartment is natural gas). Tenant is responsible for electricity and water/wastewater (we bill you monthly).
Since Campus Colony is so close to campus, parking is tight. In lieu of using the parking lot behind the apartments (which is small), the landlord is happy to give tenants attending or working at SFASU a rental credit for an SFASU commuter pass if they instead use the commuter lot across from the apartment (25 feet from the building).
