SFASU students--we will give you a rental credit for your commuter parking pass if you use the commuter lot across the side street instead of the Campus Colony parking lot (if you have a roommate we can give a credit for two SFASU commuter parking passes with proof of payment). Cats and dogs allowed, but subject to landlord approval. Pet rent of $35/month and $175 non-refundable fee per pet required. Certain breeds of dogs including pit bulls, wolf hybrids, cane corsos, huskies, German shepherds are prohibited. This list is not exhaustive. Any service animal is subject to verification.
