Meet Your Property Manager
Sherwood Douglas Cofer II
Owner & Property Manager
Sherwood Cofer has been working in real estate and property management since 2010. He began his career working behind the scenes with The Blackwell Team and Welco Management, supporting agents and property management operations while gaining hands-on experience in leasing, tenant relations, property operations, and landlord services.
Since becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2015, Sherwood has worked with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. This experience has provided him with a broad understanding of local market conditions, property values, rental trends, and effective property marketing strategies.
In 2020, Sherwood founded Zaisan Management, LLC to provide professional property management services focused on protecting investments, reducing vacancy periods, and delivering responsive service to property owners and residents.
By combining property management experience with a strong real estate background, Sherwood uses market data, rental trends, and strategic marketing techniques to help properties attract qualified residents and minimize vacancy. His goal is to provide clear communication, consistent management practices, and professional service that support the long-term performance of every property under management.
Zaisan Management proudly serves landlords and property owners throughout Maryland.
