How do I submit an application?
If you are interested in one of our properties, you can submit a free electronic application, quickly and easily, by clicking on the Apply button next to the listing. Only one application needed even if you are interested in multiple properties.

> Background and crimal checks are run on all applicants

PayNearMe is the leading cash payment service for landlords - offering a convenient way for tenants to pay rent. With over 32,000 locations, (such as 7/11, Casey's, CVS, Walmart, Walgreens & many more), tenants can easily find a nearby payment station to make their payments. There is a $4.99 processing fee. Once management enables tenant for the PayNearMe there are two ways to make a payment:
1. Log into the Tenant Portal, look up nearest payment location, retrieve barcode on your mobile device and then show barcode at location.
2. Request a barcode from landlord. Once received, save it to your phone, then present at nearest location.
*Every tenant has a unique barcode that can be reused.
