Finding a home to rent has never been easier, Wright Laine Properties has a range of beautiful and affordable two and three bedroom houses located in wonderful locations. We specialize in long-term leases where renters can settle and become a part of the neighborhood. Eligible tenants may qualify for up to a 10% discount for long-term rentals.

Wright Laine Properties provides a variety of convenient services that gives prospective tenants the ability to quickly qualify and move into a home. We make it easy to find a rental home by including photos, rates, providing online applications, online leases, and the ability to make online payments. In addition to the online application and leasing process for prospective tenants, tenants have instant access to online payment history, maintenance request, and account balances. In some locations, we offer additional services, like incorporating monitored security alarm systems, keyless entry systems, internet (multi-unit locations only), and landscaping services. These services are sometimes offered as an additional service and third party fees can be incorporated into the monthly rental payments.

Tenant Qualifications: To qualify, prospective tenants should have a FICO score of 650 or higher; more consideration is given to higher FICO scores and long-term leases. Prospective tenant assessments include income verification (three time rent amount or higher), rental history, eviction history, bankruptcy history, and a photo copy of state/federal picture ID (Driver License, Passport, etc.); no derogatory incident in two (2) years, five (5) years is preferred. Besides the tenant qualifications, authorized adult occupants’ must also undergo background checks.

Applications, Leases, and Deposits: Applications are available online at www.wrightlaine.com (application fee is $29.95). Leasing periods are between 12 to 24 months, security deposits vary based on qualifications scores following background checks. Long-term lease discounts are on 24-month leases to highly qualified candidates.

Other: Non-smokers are preferred (smoking is not used to qualify perspective tenants, fees may apply), small pets under 20 lb. allowed (pet fees may apply), and online payments only, such as eChecks/ACHs, automated withdrawals, and credit cards.
