Fee Structure:
- $150 onboarding fee per unit
- 7.5% of gross rent or $150 minimum: Covering all rental income and additional sources such as parking spot fees and pet fees.
- 50% of first month's rent for a new lease with $1000 minimum: Charged only upon successful lease agreements.
- $150 for each lease renewal: Facilitating seamless lease renewals to maintain tenant relationships.
- $125 annual walk-through inspection: Regular maintenance to uphold property standards.
- 50% of late fee charges: Balancing tenant incentives with fair compensation for late payments.
- All advertising at cost: Ensuring you receive the most value for your advertising expenses.
