Elle began Property Management in 2010 managing one single-family home.  In 2016, she become a Realtor and started Wardwell Properties and expanded her management portfolio.  Ms. Wardwell currently manages over 35 properties and holds multiple designations with her Texas Real Estate License.  Elle is a motivated businesswoman and aspires Wardwell Properties to continue in its successful growth.  She provides constant support and a personal touch to each business encounter.

When Michelle is not placing new high quality tenants into your rentals she spends her time swimming, rescuing dogs, and raising two amazing boys.

Samantha Poe

Samantha become a Realtor and Property Management Career in 2021.  Ms. Poe is passionate about resident relationships & fully managing Property Owner Assets.  As a Property Manager she is eager to assist in her role to promote and brand Wardwell Properties.           

When Samantha is not managing for Wardwell, you can find her shuffling kids, on the board of a few PTA boards and helping clients buy properties.
