VIP Rental Properties is a locally/veteran owned property management company that takes pride in the service of its owners and tenants alike. 

Terry Vangelos, Principal Broker, started VIP Rental Properties to manage his family's and Real Estate client’s properties and grew the business based on taking care of people, keeping the small-town feel and personal touch, but doing so while providing all the amenities that the larger property management companies provide to both their owners and tenants. We make the process of managing owner properties and taking care of tenants easy by being a fully web-based company.

Terry is a native of Christiansburg and graduated from Christiansburg High School in 1991. Right out of school, Terry joined the United States Navy to which he served 10 years. He then returned home and entered active-duty service with the Virginia Army National Guard. Terry started VIP Rental Properties in 2016.
