Cheri has been in multi-unit restaurant management for over 35 years being responsible for operations and profit of assets over $20 Million. She is a valued 2018 addition to Vintage Street as our Office Manager heading up Human Resources, Project Management and Finance. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Dave Ainger - CEO

After much research in looking for a community to grow their business, Dave and Judy chose the beautiful Rose Capital of the United States, Tyler Texas to call home. After moving to Tyler, Dave acquired his Texas Real Estate License. He has years of experience and has now been licensed in 3 states. He is well versed in land development, residential new construction and remodeling. He is the master of overseeing scheduling and craftsmanship during each Vintage Street Homes project. He works hard and gives God all the glory. Dave enjoys junkin’ with his wife at flea markets, estate sales and auctions. He also never turns down going to the movies or eating a good hamburger and fries with a vanilla shake.
