Lynn Taylor When Lynn isn't placing new high quality tenants into your rentals she spends her time reading, writing, and volunteering with several local organizations. Lynn has 32 years experience in real estate, turnkey rentals, investing, property flipping, mortgage processing and management of properties. She began her career managing her own personal properties in the Saint Louis and Illinois areas at a very young age. Herman Sr, Lynn's father, taught her the real estate business at 18 years of age, initially showing her how to process loans at his mortgage company. He then walked her through the purchase of her first investment property in the city of Pagedale. After obtaining the unit, he then worked with Lynn on the estimation and rehab of her investment property. Upon completion of her first rehab, selling it 60 days later with a great profit. Lynn was able to repeat the invest buying process seamlessly not only for herself but for other investors who wanted to purchase property as well. The passion for real estate began to soar from the age of 18 and has pushed her to reach new heights to this current date. After the passing of her father in July of 2011 Lynn started Vega Property Management along with a demo and construction company. She later became Minority certified and has been able to use her experience to keep the legacy and dream alive that she and her dad built. By bringing her experience to the forefront Lynn has helped others to invest in their futures. She continues to expand the businesses while building global relationships and beautifying communities across the map. |

Roberta Staples - Assistant Roberta joined Vega Property Management in 2017 bringing with her 44 years of customer service and management experience. She loves the daily interaction with the tenants and clients. Roberta enjoys spending her leisure time with family and decorating homes. |

Rayshaad Taylor - Field Operations Rayshaad is an Engineering student who oversees the rehab, remodel and maintenance team's daily pipeline. He works hands on with the teams to assure timeline and deadlines are met and that all projects are completed beyond par to municipality standards. In his spare time, he enjoys stock investments, playing sports, traveling and hanging out with close friends. |

Nicole Lucas - Administrator Nicole, is the part time administrator that comes with 20 years of outstanding customer service in the medical field. She handles the intricacies of the day to day operations with client, realtor, mortgage and tenant operations. When not working, she enjoys music, spending time with her husband Dan and pup Lyric. |
