Ric Coates

Ric is one of the founding partners, Property-Manager-In-Charge and driving force in the company’s new breed technology platforms. Ric’s professional career spans more than three decades in hospitality and vacation rental management. Previous position held included Vice President of Sales and former Director of Revenue Management for one of the largest onsite rental management companies in the Myrtle Beach area. Positions with hospitality industry leaders such as the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company and Interstate Hotels. Over his career, Ric has held a variety of positions in the hospitality industry, including multi-property Director of Operations, General Manager, and Director of Revenue Management.

Ric is a member of the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, Myrtle Beach Hospitality Association and a member of the Board Of Directors, Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, South Carolina Association of Realtors, Home and the South Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association.

Maryann Sarles

Maryann is one of the founding partners, Broker-In-Charge and the driving force in accounting, homeowner relations and customer satisfaction. Maryann's professional careers spans more than 20 years in Real Estate, hospitality and vacation rental management.  She has been a licensed Realtor since 2003 and was the homeowner service director for over 100 luxury oceanfront condos. Having a Real Estate license means she has fulfilled more educational requirements and is held to a higher standard. Pair that with working in the past with Hilton Corp, one of the largest Hotel groups in the United States and with outstanding customer relations training. She has held positions along the grand strand such as General Manager, Sales Manager, Accounting Manager, Revenue Manager and Director of Homeowner Services.

In the community Maryann enjoys volunteering her time to the Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity and the American Heart Association. She is an active member of the Red Cross Rescue Racers and the donations earned go to support Red Cross services that help victims of disasters such as floods, hurricanes, tornadoes and fires in Horry County.

Maryann was previously from New York State but has called the Grand Strand her home since 1996. She is looking forward to taking care of your Real Estate needs & Investment Rental Properties.
