Entry to this spacious living space begins by coming through a wide exterior staircase at the back northwest corner of the property. The open living and kitchen areas are between the split bedroom layout of this unit. The primary bedroom includes its own bath sink and a separate nook for a small office, library space, or, whatever suits the tenant. On the opposite side of the unit are the other bedrooms. The bathroom is located behind the kitchen and tenants may use the storage space under the staircase that leads to the main level.

The lower level and main level are separated by a door that has a deadbolt lock. Lower level tenants are the only occupants who have access to the lower level. Neither level has a key to the adjoining door. Each level of the home has their own designated fenced backyard space.

NOTE: This 3 bedroom, 1 bath lower level unit is for the exclusive use by the lower level tenants. The main level of the house is a separate living space and the tenants who reside on the main level have exclusive access to the 3 car garage and the shed located within the main level outdoor living area. Because of the close proximity between the main and lower levels, occupants for each level of the house are those who are seeking quiet, considerate, and respectful living with similar "neighbors" .
