55+ HOUSING POLICY
 Purpose:
 This policy outlines the intent of FIVE PAGES, LLC and SYCAMORE TIMES THREE, LLC to operate rental housing as housing for older persons under the Housing for Older Persons Act (HOPA).
 1. Age Restriction:
 At least one resident in each occupied rental unit must be 55 years of age or older. Households that do not
 meet this requirement will not be eligible for tenancy.
 2. Compliance with the 80/20 Rule:
 FIVE PAGES, LLC AND SYCAMORE TIMES THREE, LLC certifies that at least 80% of the occupied rental units are occupied by at least one person
 55 years of age or older.
 3. Age Verification:
 All applicants and tenants must provide documentation of age for all household members prior to
 occupancy and biannually thereafter. Acceptable documentation includes a government-issued ID (e.g.,
 driver's license, passport), birth certificate, or other reliable record.
 4. Publication and Availability:
 This policy is made publicly available by including it in: - Rental applications and lease agreements - Tenant
 handbooks or welcome packets - Advertisements and listings - Direct communication with prospective
 tenants
 5. Record Keeping:
 FIVE PAGES, LLC AND SYCAMORE TIMES THREE, LLC will maintain records of age verification and occupancy status to ensure compliance with
 the requirements of HOPA. These records will be updated every two years.
 6. Enforcement:
 Any tenant or household found to be in violation of this policy may be subject to non-renewal or
 termination of lease in accordance with Texas law and the terms of the lease agreement
