	Kenneth Smith, Property Manager When Ken is not placing new high quality tenants into your rentals he spends his time boating, cooking and tending to his tomato plants. Ken has 7 years experience managing properties for both residential and commercial properties. Ken Joined American Caribbean Real Estate in fall 2020.
	Melissa Hogan, Administrator/Bookkeeper Melissa joined American Caribbean Real Estate in 2019 as an Administrator/Bookkeeper when she decided to make the Florida Keys her permanent home. Melissa has 31 years of staff accountant experience and holds an Associates Degree in accounting as well as 90 credits towards a bachelors of Science in Accounting.
	Joy C. Martin, Broker/Owner I became the Managing Broker and Owner of American Caribbean Real Estate in 1998 and brought with me a decade of experience owning and running our successful real estate partner office in Key Largo. We believe that training and continuing education are the hallmarks of a successful real estate operation, and the record-breaking years we have had confirm that belief! In the ever-changing world of upper Keys land-use regulations, I’m proud that our agents have extensive, up-to-date knowledge and can discuss these important issues with our clients and customers.
