Looking for a roommate in a cozy two bedroom house in Pauoa. Available September 1st. Rent is $1000/ month for a one room not including electricity and WiFi. Electricity total is usually around $150-200/month and WiFi is $60/month total . The room is unfinished and has a window AC (Current tenant has furniture to sell if you are interested please let me know)
The house is quiet, laid back and drug free household. I am a working female professional.
