About Us

At It's 4 Rent! we provide our Residents with safe, secure, comfortable and affordable housing in Good Neighborhoods within the City of Lowell Massachusetts. 

Our units are available to individuals and families of low to middle income categories. We aim to provide superior customer service to keep our Residents happy! 

Mila 

When Mila is not helping tenants she spends her time designing clothing and sewing, or sometime cooking. Mila has many years  of experience managing properties. She began when she was in college and shortly thereafter started buying and managing her own properties, always focusing in identifying and meeting the needs of her tenants!

Anthony

Anthony joined Its 4 Rent 3 years ago bringing with him good maintenance experience. Anthony is the one with many hands. When he is not multitasking at work he is someplace around the city of lowell doing some fishing!

Karen, 

Karen spends most of her time helping residents. On weekends when not working (this is assisting in property management after-all), Karen can be found at her most comfortable chair listening music or doing exactly the opposite... dancing! Nothing better than that!
