Deposit is $1750 * Monthly rent is $1,750 (Due the 1st of each month) Proof of income will be requested in the form of bank statements or pay stubs. (2 full months)


12 Month Lease is required (1 Year)
Pets are subject to approval with a $350 nonrefundable fee up front, and $150 for each additional pet. No more than 2 pets are allowed and must be under 25lbs, non-aggressive only, and must be housebroke.
Tenant (s) is responsible for lawn care to included landscaping, pest control, air filters, light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, fridge/water filters, and other minor maintenance needed on the property during the duration of the lease.
ALL 318 Properties are Non-Smoking
Tenant(s) are responsible for all utilities for the property (monthly rent payments DOES NOT cover the utilities)
Tenant (s) must abide by ALL community and or community restrictions if applicable to the property.
Renters insurance is required on all 318 Properties and tenant (s) are required to provide proof upon occupancy
