Teresa Jennison Teresa has 26 years experience in real estate of which 11 years included managing properties. She began with her own properties, and shortly thereafter started Picket Fence Properties to bring her experience to help others. In 2019, she sold Picket Fence Properties and started Suite Magnolia Real Estate to focus on a concentrated portfolio of Short and Long term rental properties and helping investors increase their profits while reducing their liabilities. |
