$65 application fee for everyone over the age of 18 living in the home. 2.5x's the monthly rent income required - if you currently own a home you must have income to support both properties and prove that you will be vacating your current property. They are still subject to the app fee and background checks 600 credit score minimum on properties under $1500 -620 for properties over $1500 MUST BE RESERVATION DEPOSIT READY upon application approval (equal to the rental rate at a minimum ). Small pets may be negotiable (under 20 pounds) with a pet deposit.
