Rental Screening Criteria: Applicants must have an income of at least 3x the amount of the rent for which you are applying. We conduct a national criminal, sex offender search and credit check on all occupants 18 years and older. Applicants will be denied if any occupant has a felony or violent crime against a person or who are registered sex offenders. No evictions or property management debt within the last 5 years. Denial of application may result from but not limited to: Income, Credit History, Rental History, Criminal History, False Information. If you do not meet the selection criteria, or if you provide inaccurate or incomplete information, your application may be rejected and your application fee will not be refunded. Pet Policy: Pet policy varies per property. Please make sure you confirm the pet policy on the property that you are applying for. We do not allow aggressive breeds at any of our properties. Please make sure you verify the policy prior to submitting your application as your application fee is not refundable.
