	Sam DiVittorio *Broker/Owner* I am Sam DiVittorio, a Real Estate Broker in Tangipahoa Parish. I have decades of knowledge of this area having been a life-long resident. Through my profession I connect with people across the entire social and economic spectrum. I have helped recent high school graduates find their first apartment, young families buy their first home, retirees downsizing, business owners looking for commercial space, first time investors looking for their first rental property and large investors planning multi-million-dollar developments. I have also been actively involved in developments and investment ventures from beginning to end so I can provide guidance from personal experience to first time investors. It is my priority to represent every client with the professionalism and guidance from the beginning to the end. I also now serve as the Hammond City Councilman for District 4 which includes a mixture of established residential neighborhoods and commercial development. I graduated high school from St. Thomas Aquinas and earned a Bachelor of Science from Southeastern Louisiana University before being licensed by the State of Louisiana to sell real estate. After only three years of having my license, I was the top producer of my firm, an honor that I have maintained over the years. I then became a licensed real estate broker in only three years. I have received numerous awards for my production as a real estate agent, including awards for top residential sales and top producer. Most recently being awarded locally with the Diamond Award and internationally with the Bronze Award for my production of over $11 million in real estate sales for the 2020 calendar year. Currently, I am the Broker/Owner of Realty Executives Florida Parishes in Downtown Hammond, LA. Since the opening of the brokerage in 2019, we have continued to grow at a rapid pace due to our high level of service and expertise offered to every client. 	Marcy DiVittorio *Director of Operations* Realtor® Marcy DiVittorio is a true Florida Parishes-area expert and a tremendous force behind the success of the Realty Executives Florida Parishes brokerage. After more than a decade of real estate work as a multi-million dollar producer, Broker Sam DiVittorio stepped up to open his own Realty Executives brokerage together with his wife Marcy. Realty Executives Florida Parishes is located right in the heart of downtown Hammond, and the DiVittorios forever have a finger on the pulse of the city. Raised in the area, Marcy offers insider knowledge of the schools, amenities and developments throughout the neighborhoods she serves. She brings unique empathy and insight to the real estate needs of families with small children as she worked with children for fifteen years prior to launching her real estate career in 2016. With a tenacious, competitive and yet patient approach, Marcy powers through and goes the extra mile to put deals together to benefit her clients. Marcy’s responsibilities demand second-to-none attention to detail as she also meets the challenges of managing more than seventy-five rental properties and staying deeply connected to her community. 	Michelle Gibbs Executive Office Manager/Property Manager It takes a lot of patience, dedication, and hard work to reach the top of one’s profession. Take, for instance, property manager Michelle Gibbs, who has been in the business for over 20 years. Her success has earned her to title, “Management Specialist,” and rightly so because she has been a prominent Property Manager in the leasing industry since the beginning of her career. While representing over 50 corporate clients, Michelle continues to keep close contact with all of the clients and ensures the everyday tasks are handled with expert efficiency. Michelle is a Holden resident and attended Holden High School, graduating in the top three of her class. She currently resides in Holden with her husband, Michael, and has one daughter. She has also retired from the Livingston Parish School Board as a bus driver and co-owns her own land development company with her husband.
