This big 3 car garage has been used recently as a bike repair workshop and a wood working workshop, and it could be used in many more ways! The stand alone garage is on a side street behind 310 Farm St. The building is spacious with good lighting and a poured concrete floor. There is a side door with a padlock in addition to the 3 lockable overhead doors.

The parking area across from the overhead doors can make it challenging to pull a car into the garage often. So the building is best used as a workshop. And during heavy rains, it is possible that some parts of the floor may get wet. That is part of why 2 of the 3 overhead doors are left closed at all times. The most recent workshop renter kept their materials on palettes and therefore did not have problems with the occasional rain water on parts of the floor.
