Joshua Borer

Josh is a co-founder of Maple Valley Property Management and its sister company Maple Valley Development. Josh is currently focused on aquisitions, financing, and back office operations. He enjoys getting involved with construction and renovation whenever possible, don't let the suit fool you and don't be surprised to see him operating heavy equipment on an active project.

Patrick Kulick

Patrick is a co-founder of Maple Valley Property Management and its sister company Maple Valley Development. Pat is currently focused on project management, contractor and vender relations, and field operations.
