Two large commercial spaces available on the north side of Lisbon, at the top of the hill, along State Route 45, next to NAPA. Both of the spaces were long term, ten plus year, tenants, and the spaces need updates. We are excited to welcome new tenants to the building and work with them to modify the buildings to their needs.

One of the spaces, with the brown carpet, was the long time Ohio DMV location. It includes one large office area, two smaller offices as well as a bathroom and slop sink.

The second space was a salon and flower shop with the white flooring. There were four tanning beds and three salon chairs. There are separate small areas for the tanning beds as well as a large open area where the chairs were located. There is also a large work area and bathroom.
