About Us

A true "Tale of Two Cities" Robert and Brad grew up in the Triad area of North Carolina, born and raised in High Point, NC (Brad) and Greensboro, NC (Robert). They went to the same middle school, high school and even college. While in college they joined the same fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. and remained close friends throughout the years. After attending college at UNC Charlotte they decided to pursue a career in real estate. They enjoyed a brief stint with other companies before they realized the industry was missing something. They set out to start their own company, a company founded on small town principles that are so often lost in a big city. With that decision Prosperity Property Management was born! We pride ourselves on delivering high quality service with high moral character. We operate our company off "The Golden Rule." Whether an owner, tenant, agent, vendor or customer we make sure to treat everyone with respect and dignity while ensuring business is handled. Regardless of what capacity we deal with you our goal is to make sure every interaction leaves more prosperous than it came.

Robert Pompey III

When Robert is not placing new high quality tenants into your rentals he spends his time reading, working out, and socializing with friends. Robert is an expert in property placement. He began with his own properties, and shortly thereafter started Prosperity Property Management with his partner and friend of 10+ years to bring his experience to help others.

Brad Lowery

After serving our country overseas in the US Air Force Brad decided to pursue a career in real estate. He enjoys spending time outdoors, playing basketball and taking his French Bulldog "Bron" to dog parks. Brad's military background makes him an expert manager. He has dealt with people and situations from all walks of life so there is nothing the real estate world can throw at him that he can't handle. He leads with a gentle sterness that can only be developed after hours of rigorous military training. He partnered up with his long time friend to bring structure to a sometimes chaotic industry.
