The Belaire Gardens is a small courtyard community located in a quiet subburb in downt town Salt Lake City. We are 5 minute drive to the University Of Utah, a 10 minute walk to UTa Trax and are located on A UTA bus line. we are converntly located just around the cornor from Sprouts Market and Ross dress for less. .

We currently have a spacious mid-century two-bedroom apartment available. This unit was recently repainted and is move-in ready today!

Every unit has been wired for Google Fiber* and has one covered parking spot available for an additional $50/month.
There is a locked bike room, on-site laundry and seasonal courtyard parties courtesy of Belaire Gardens.

Cats are allowed with the following requirements:
Pet deposit: $600 ($600 Refundable)
Cat monthly fees: $35 for 1 cat/$45 for 2 cats
