Application Process and Qualifications:
$77.12. non-refundable application fee.
Applicants must be currently employed / currently working in Myrtle Beach area or bringing in steady monthly income (other then unemployment.)
Photo ID and Social Security Card
2 months most recent pay stubs
Copy of your 2 latest months of bank statements
Clean Credit, Background check and Rental history
Combined minimum income requirement is 3 times the rental rate
2 car limit per unit

Pet Policy:
Our Pet Fee is non-refundable and is $400.00 for one pet, and an additional $150.00 for each pet in addition to that.
2 dog limit and 3 pet total limit
We charge $15.00 monthly rent per pet.
All dogs have a $50.00 non refundable fee for a DNA swab for our database.
Any fish tanks would be a $300.00 refundable pet fee.
No poisonous or illegal animals are allowed as pets.

You ask what's included?!? FREE Water and Sewer, Trash service, Pest Control, Landscaping and ADVANCED BASIC cable...all included. You just need electricity and you are good to go.
