Phil is the Broker and Owner of Powerhouse Realty. His experience as a U.S. Army Officer has given him the tools he needs to lead and run the organization. In a short amount of time he has become one of the area's top-producing REALTOR's. When he's not at work, he's spending time with his family and serving at The Word Community Church in Northport.

Callan Hinson

Callan is our behind the scenes real estate ninja! She is very strong on the administrative side and handles all of the bookkeeping, transaction coordination, new listing coordination, video marketing, and knowledge management. When she's not at work, she's spending time her husband working on their farm.

Rick is a rising star in the Tuscaloosa real estate community. He is a long-term resident of the Tuscaloosa/Northport area and serves bi-vocationally as the Pastor at Grace Connection Church. His wife, Judy, assists him behind the scenes as well.
