	Bessie Chachas Nicknamed "The Slumlordess of Denver Country Club", Bessie is a native of Colorado whose parents bought their first investment property before she was born. Bessie has had a passion for Real Estate all her life. Even though she has been everything from a radio DJ to a nuclear chemist; the calling for Real Estate has always drawn her back in as she has been a real estate investor on her own for 25 years. She is an actively involved member of the South Jeffco Rotary Club and regularly participates in community events and service. As a native of Colorado's western slope, she is intimately familiar with the state and its beauty. With over 20 years experience in residential real estate she has helped countless clients find the right home. She understands the wisdom of buying and owning investment properties and owns on the western slope. April loves to assist first time home buyers and specializes in homes in the area that serve the Bear Creek High School district including the neighborhoods of Melody Hills, Marston Slopes, and Westgate.
