Available Properties
View our available rental properties and submit an electronic application quickly and easily. 

- Once a lease is signed, the property manager will setup Tenant's account

- Contact your property manager for more information.

- $50 non-refundable application fee for anyone aged 18 or older 

- Credit/Criminal/residence history checks conducted (includes an eviction check)  

- Government issued photo ID required as proof of identity

- Proof of employment, proof of income, and most recent pay stubs required (need to show at least 1 year of income)

- For properties that allow a pet (only one pet allowed), a $500 non-refundable fee and additional $17 a month pet rent will be required.

- First month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent required to move in to a property
