ELRO AND ASSOCIATES, LLC is a Company located in Decatur, Georgia. We pride ourselves in providing stressless service to our resident tenants.

We acquire, lease, and maintain our own portfolio of quality single family homes and townhomes in the  Atlanta, Georgia metro counties of Dekalb, Fulton, and the city of Atlanta.

 Tenant Screenings--Tenant background checks and screening for employment, income verification, benefit verification, resident verification, rental history, criminal, civil,   credit (debt payment history), and references.  Current Government picture I.D. and Social Security information are required. Additional information may be required.

 Rental Agreements--Rental Agreements are available  month to month (minimum 3 months).

Rental Rates - $133.00 to $250.00 per week, with utilities included. Security Deposit - $255.00. Rental payments are  weekly , bi-weekly, or monthly.  Payments are to be made through the online Resident Tenant Portal, which is managed by Rent Tech Direct.
