#2 TENANT LOCATING SERVICE:

We find and place a tenant for you and once the 1st month's rent and security deposits are collected and the rental agreement is signed we turn everything over to the property owner and the property owner takes over the management of the property from that point forward.

 

#3 SCREENING SERVICE:

You bring potential applicants to us to be screened and once you have someone to be approved, we provide the rental agreement and necessary addendums to you at which time our job is completed.  

 

Fees:

#1 The monthly management fee is 5% of the monthly rent amount. The finder's fee for finding and placing a tenant $250.  If the tenant does not stay in the property for at least 6 months (180 days) we do not charge a finder's fee for the next tenant placed in that property. 

#2: Finder’s fee for finding and placing a tenant is $250.

#3: The charge for this is a flat fee of $100.00 (non-refundable) and we would provide applications and screening criteria forms to the property owner for the prospective tenants to fill out. Once filled out the property owner submits the application to us to start the screening process. The applicants are to pay the application fee in cash, per person over the age of 18 years for the screening. For returning customers that enter into a new Screening contract the flat fee reduces to $75.00.
