When Dennis is not placing high quality tenants into your rentals he spends his time enjoying the outdoors, barbequing, and keeping up with his 4 boys. |

Since joining talents, they have built the management portfolio to over 300 units in Western North Carolina. When not assisting in the office or at rental properties, Rita enjoys gardening, taking care of her chickens and goats, and spending time with her family. |
