Advertising and Leasing

Crossover Properties leases your property to qualified residents. When you have a vacant rental property, it costs you money for every day it sits empty, so it’s important to reduce that time between qualified, paying tenants to the bare minimum. We know the key to minimizing the time that your rental sits empty is by acting quickly and effectively in trying to get the property ready, market appropriately and attract prospective tenants who are ready to sign a lease agreement—all without putting your cash flow at further risk.  We do what it takes to fill a vacant unit with good tenants. roperties leases your property to qualified residents. Property Maintenance

For a rental property owner,  maintenance issues increase with the number of tenants you have and the number of properties you own.  Crossover Properties is affiliated with vendors that are qualified and reliable.  Landlords also  have the option to use a vendor of their choice.  Residents can  make a maintenance request through our website, where they will receive an emailed confirmation as well as a follow up email. They can also call our office to report any maintenance issues.  It is our goal to ensure maintenance requests are handled quickly and competently.

Rent Collections

As a landlord, it's absolutely vital to collect your rent payments on time each month. Unfortunately, it's also an aspect that many landlords have little control over: waiting each month to see if and when their tenants decide to pay. Crossover properties makes it clear to tenants about when the rent is due and we outline any fees or other consequences for paying the rent late. If a tenant is late with their payments it is reported to the credit  bureaus. a landlord, it's absolutely vital to collect your rent payments on time each month. Accounting and Reporting

Crossover Properties handles the record keeping and book keeping of your property.    Monthly reports are generated and sent to Owners which includes a description of the issues facing the property, a rent roll, trust account ledger and an income statement.
