Steve was a mortgage loan underwriter for many years and relocated to the Charleston area from North Eastern NY 4 years ago.  He fell in love with the area and decided to apply his mortgage finance experience and knowledge of real estate to opening a property management company.  Steve looks forward to working closely with both property owners and tenants and forging new relationships.
