What is my pet's FIDO score?
- T3 Properties requires all animals to have a FIDO score.
- We use third party verification which is reliable, credible, and meets the test of reasonableness.
- Every applicant must have an account. You can set up your account at https://t3properties.petscreening.com.
- There is an initial fee of $30 that is good for one year. It can be renewed for $10 every year thereafter, and the good news is that your pet profile can be shared with groomers, doggy daycares, vets, or future landlords.
- Service animals and emotional support animals are free to submit for review.
- It is also free for tenants with no animals.
- We do have a limit on breeds, weight, and age of animals. We do not allow reptiles, fish, mustelids, rodents, etc.

We are a small, locally owned and woman-led rental business dedicated to serving the Salt Lake area since 2005. Our top priority is to offer comfortable living spaces equipped with modern appliances and energy-saving features for our tenants' convenience.
