Owners, Steve and Sherrie Lapp, have been in the rental business for 25+ years, buying and managing properties primarily in the Amarillo, Texas area.  Properties available for rent include single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes.   The most recent purchase by Lapp Family Investments, LLC, was a 32-unit apartment complex in Amarillo, which was built in 1965.  Since the purchase in April, 2017, many property improvements have been made, including exterior landscaping, apartment upgrades such as new windows and doors, full apartment remodels, and hallway updates.
