J. Heath Jackson J. Heath Jackson has been active in the mortgage and DFW real estate business for over 25 years. After graduating with a B.B.A.in Finance from Texas Tech University and a Masters in Real Estate Finance & Analytics from the University of North Texas; he started buying and selling properties in 2000 as a hobby.
Over the years, he continued to renovate/sell and own rental properties. This occurred while working fulltime in many different executive leadership roles within mortgage banking for Fortune 100 Companies. As a licensed broker in the state of Texas for over 20 years, Heath primarily represents himself in transactions and manages most of his properties. However, Heath also represents other potential clients looking to purchase or sale their properties or portfolios. He specializes in investment assets, helping sellers strategically market their income properties or providing consulting services to existing owners. With his vast experience in real estate and small business, he focuses his consulting on those specific areas.
In 2015 Heath and Hilary (Ferguson) Jackson, started JackFerg Holding, LLC . Heath officially retired from mortgage banking in 2017 to pursue his passion full time in many real estate and business ventures. Hilary continues to work as an executive in the financial services and technology industry while also offering consulting services in financial services/operations and small business.
